Breathwork Techniques


  • The 4-7-8 Technique

This breathing pattern involves breathing in for four seconds, holding for seven seconds, and exhaling for eight seconds. It’s effective for reducing anxiety and promoting sleep.


  • Box Breathing

Also known as square breathing, this technique is great for focus and relaxation. Now breathe in, hold, exhale, and hold again, all for equal counts.
